Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at 1800PitClean. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time, and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as familiarity with Adobe, Jobber, and FileMaker. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of invoicing, including generating invoices, sending to clients, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Receive and process payments from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update QuickBooks Online regularly.
• Process payroll using QuickBooks Time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Jobber, and FileMaker to support various administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn and adapt to new invoicing systems and procurement software used to meet external client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in onboarding new employees when needed.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Jobber, and FileMaker is preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new invoicing systems and procurement software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be able to pass background check and be bonded.
• Candidate who has a valid CDL-A or willingness to obtain one would be preferred.

CDL-A Vac-Truck Driver

No experience necessary! Home every day. Work all year. Monday-Friday work weeks with rotating weekends. This position is for a CDL-A endorsed truck driver. Candidate would drive tanker trucks to various job sites as needed. Follow instructions given by dispatcher to ensure all parts of job are completed thoroughly. When leaving yard, perform road inspection of tractor/trailer for any mechanical issues before and after every trip. Candidate must be able to drive and safely operate the truck in any type of weather conditions.

Candidate must have:

Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License.
Have or have the ability to obtain a tanker endorsement.
Valid Medical Card
Clean driving record

$20.00 – $35.00 Per hour dependent upon experience and availability.

Recycling Technician Apprentice

No experience necessary! Off-load trucks at the processing plant. Run equipment to process both liquid and solid material to meet environmental standards. Use testing equipment to assist in determining proper treatment and disposal methods.

Candidate must:

Be able to pass a drug test
Have or be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour dependent on experience and ability.

No experience necessary! Candidate will ride to job sites and use equipment to load byproduct onto vacuum tanker trucks. Candidate will follow instructions given by dispatcher and driver to ensure all parts of job are completed thoroughly.

Candidate must:

Be able to pass a drug test
Have or be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour dependent on experience and ability.
